Assalamalaikum, Readers! May you all have ability to judge your actions before they become echo of the forthcoming:
Dear readers, see it's always more dangerous when JUSTICE IS DELAYED than the JUSTICE IS DENIED....!
Dear all, one day I was preparing for my live show, when I heard a name which was familiar to my ears and it was JOJO, a 15 years old girl who murdered 4 persons with a gun shot, one of whom was a renowned businessman of the area. I just stuck at my work and recollected my memory, calculated the years and became restless due to the fact that it was Chanda's adopted daughter Noor as the report mentioned her real name too. Good heavens, what happened? Why she did it? who were those guys?
Where was Chanda? A dozen of questions blocked my mind and the worst part of the situation was that the girl confessed her crime at the spot. I didn't have Chanda's contact because it was such a long time passed but still, I wanted to know about the story and I got it from our crime beat reporter.
The story said, the girl was assaulted and in revenge she snatched the gun from the culprits' body guard and opened fire at them. All four died at spot and she called police herself and surrendered herself. The old businessman was her father Ch's friend who use to come to visit Chanda after Ch's death. That day Chanda was not around and the girl was their on some vacations to spend with Chanda, her mother. The old man came, saw the girl and could not hide his lust upon which JOJO retaliated. But the old man was out of control and tried to forcefully capture her. During this effort the whole outfit of her was almost in rags and her body was visible. Seeing no chance for her safety she jumped at leisurely watching guard, who was enjoying this hunt scene, and opened fire. She herself got injuries at chest and shoulder due to the thrust of big gun but she got rid of the hunters.
Jojo was sent to juvenile jail, later, as reporter told me but I was feeling like standing in a closed street having no side roads with a dead end and it's all dark. The Echo of Chanda's words were striking around and I was analyzing Nature's system of justice, injustice on the part of ourselves, and delayed justice at institution's and society's part that frames out such results of Natural justice. But see who's the victim of all???
Had it not be a greed of property and self esteem by Chanda's family, Chanda would never become a call girl. Had Chanda's mother listened to Chanda, she would have not faced such circumstances in which the whole family scattered but the ultimate victim was only Chanda. Had the court decided timely about the matter of Chanda's application Chanda would have not suffered such physical and spiritual torture. Had Ch. kept mercy in Chanda's miserable life, his own daughter would have not suffered this way. It was almost the same age when Ch deprived Chanda of her natural right of being a mother. It was the same age when Ch, being at her father's age, ruined literally her life, which, Chanda, out of her innocence and sincerity, pays him a gratitude to provide her with shelter.
The judge could take serious notice and perusal of the case considering it a matter of life and death for an innocent girl...!
The court could have sent Chanda with her family back to her home while providing her security which is every citizen's fundamental right...!
The court and the supervising department of shelter home could have asked to produce her before them, later on, in order to take her consent about her life ahead....!
Her mother and rest of family should have tried to search for her....!
Ch. could have given her a legitimate status in his life and conceal it from his family as he had concealed the illegitimate one....!
Ch. could take care of her child as he did for his from maid's daughter, under cover....!
Chanda's mother's wrong decision killed her spirit of life AND Jojo's father's wrong choice ended spirit of her life. Who's to be blamed and if blamed and even punished at all, could Chanda get her chaste life back???
Could Chanda be a mother rest of her life???
Could Chanda be acceptable to the so-called RESPECTABLE society as the part of their modest families???
Could she ever regain her TRUST in relations, in love and in motherhood???
What could be the future for Jojo whose name was NOOR meaning LIGHT, buried in the darkness of gallows of ugly society???
Who's responsible for all and who suffered???Dear readers, see it's always more dangerous when JUSTICE IS DELAYED than the JUSTICE IS DENIED....!
